WHICH PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

We accept all major forms of credit cards. We can also be paid via Paypal and Venmo. No cash or checks are accepted at this time.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

It is important you are satisfied with your purchase! One of our main core values at Simply Steel is treating others how we would want to be treated. If you are unhappy for any reason, please do not hesitate to contact us. We will do our best to make it right. Depending on the situation, we may ask for pictures to be sent via email or text to describe what is wrong with the product. Ultimately, our goal is to have repeat customers and earn your reviews and referrals! Obviously, this can only be done if you are 100% satisfied.

DO YOU OFFER GIFT CARDS?

We do! While they are not currently set up on our website, you can email us and we would be happy to assist you in obtaining one.

WHAT IS THE LARGEST SIZE YOU OFFER?

We can cut up to 36" tall x 48" wide. If you choose a circle design, the largest would be 36" in diameter.

WILL MY SIGN RUST?

This depends on several factors. We are not equipped to powder coat... yet. So you have the option of getting them painted. The paint will hold up, possibly for several year, but in time the paint will wear off and depending on your climate, it could rust. We offer a one year guarantee for all painted signs. If it starts showing signs of rust in the first year, we will ship you a new one (Pictures may be required). If you choose the raw metal option, there is a much higher chance of the sign rusting. Rust is not a patina, so make sure you truly like the rustic look before exposing raw metal to any elements.

WHAT IS YOUR TURNAROUND TIME?

Again, this depends on several factors. Our busiest time of the year is Christmas, so the sooner you can order for Christmas gifts, the better. Around the Holidays there is a lead time of about 2 weeks. Any other time of the year is going to be roughly 5-10 days from order to shipping. We are a family owned business though with no employees, which means if we are on vacation that lead time could be more.
